Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is an American actress. After her debut on film with 1983's Bad Boys she became known as one of the Brat Pack group of actors and starred in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award in 1998 as the most outstanding female character. The reason for this was her portrayal as Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Ally Sheedy is an American actress and an author. At the beginning of the 80s, she started her career as a film actress with the thriller Bad Boys. She was well-received for this film. The film was starring Rick Rosenthal as well as Sean Penn, Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. The film's first big success was the catalyst for her to be a part of The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama from 1985. John Hughes directed one of greatest films for high schools. Even though it had an budget of just $1 million, the movie's revenues exceeded $50 million. While she was doing this her first appearance on television took place on CBS Schoolbreak. Sheedy received numerous awards in 2005 due to her work. She also received the an MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
