Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Reykjavik in Iceland. She is also a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is the co-owner. Annie is the first female to win in the CrossFit Games twice. She finished second both in 2010, and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion and media celebrity. She was the winner of CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice as the first women. Winner of The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017Annie has gained a lot of attention. Annie was born in and brought to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents as well as her siblings. At a very early age, Annie was a fervent sports enthusiast and loved doing exercises. She was awarded numerous medals in school competitions. The year 2009 saw Annie Thorisdottir competed in the CrossFit game in California. Annie Thorisdottir is expected to turn 31 by 2021. Her height stands at 5'7" and she weighs approximately about 67kg. Annie started her CrossFit adventure in California in the year 2009. She did well in her first games and finished at the top of the list out of 70. But she did not achieve any championships and finished the tournament with 11th rank. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Under the coaching of Jami Tikkanen, Annie finished second in CrossFit Games and was awarded an award of Silver that year. After one year full of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant accomplishment brought her the honor of being named. In 2012, Annie again won in the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and became the first woman athlete who won two CrossFit Games consecutively. Additionally, in 2014, she was awarded a silver medal as well as in 2021, she was awarded the bronze medal at CrossFit Games. Annie trains and coaches in Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her idea. Annie has gained fame for her athletic abilities is featured in ads for athletic products, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration sidekick Yerbae Renaissance Periodization Transparent Labs, among others. A few thousand people subscribe to her self-titled Youtube Channel, where training videos along with travel vlogs, family and training videos are posted.
